These sessions are a grounded space to talk openly, reconnect to yourself, and begin cultivating more peace, ease, and meaning in your life.

1:1 Personal Support Sessions

Practical Details:
  • Sessions: 60 minutes
  • Format: Zoom for first session. Zoom or in person within 20 minutes of Monument, CO for additional sessions.
  • Rate: First session is $50. Additional sessions are $100. Pay-as-you-go, before the session, no packages needed.

These sessions are a warm, nonjudgmental space to explore whatever is present for you. Each session is conversational and centered around what you need in the moment. Whether you're seeking ongoing support or a single session to talk through something specific — both are welcome.

My work is especially supportive for people who tend to think deeply, feel a lot, and / or want a simpler, more honest way of working with what's present. 

ABout ME

I’m Willow. I spent the first 27 years of my life unknowingly very disconnected from myself. After several careers in more traditional roles — CPA, consultant, product manager — I had my own version of a wake up call during a period of stress and overwhelm which caused me to begin a journey of healing, self-understanding, and inner work.

Over the years, I’ve studied and practiced across a range of contemplative, somatic, and healing approaches including meditation and mindfulness, yoga and other spiritual traditions, presence-based massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, trauma-informed somatic breathwork, and ongoing study with my meditation teachers at Kriya Lightning Foundation. I've also studied Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, and the work of Gabor Maté.

In addition to my formal training, I bring what I’ve learned through lived experience — what it’s like to move from disconnection to deeper presence and living with more peace, ease, and meaning. It’s a genuine honor and joy to support others in doing the same.




My Approach

In a session, you can expect:
  • Slowing things down to connect with what's actually happening for you — your thoughts, emotions, and body sensations — rather than staying stuck in over-thinking or rushing to solutions.
  • Deep listening and thoughtful reflection so you can hear yourself more clearly and see things from a new perspective.
  • Gentle awareness practices to support mental and emotional release and allow greater clarity and an internal sense of freedom.
  • I'll also share simple, practical tools you can use outside the session to support what we've explored and continue integrating it into your daily life.

I’m not interested in diagnosing, fixing, or pushing ideas on you. Instead, I offer presence-based support, a gentle way of working that focuses on slowing down and working with what is present in the moment.

This differs from other types of support:
  • Instead of "solving" or "fixing" as is common in traditional life coaching, I won't help you build a 10-step plan, optimize your habits, or push toward a specific goal. Instead, we will explore what is present and allow that to guide the session.
  • While therapy often looks backward to understand the "why", we'll focus on what's happening "now" — how life feels in your body and mind right now. This is where true change and healing occurs — though noticing and gently exploring the present.

My intention is to meet you right where you are — with care, honesty, and space to connect more deeply to yourself, discover a path forward that feels true for you, and live with greater clarity, ease, & joy.

Do I need to have a specific issue? What if I don't know what I need?
Not at all. Many people aren’t sure what they need at first. You’re welcome as you are. We’ll explore what's going on and what is most supportive for you together.

Are these therapy sessions?
No. These sessions are conversational, based in presence and insightful reflection. They are not psychotherapy or clinical counseling. I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, I offer support, perspective, and practical tools to help you reconnect with yourself and live with more peace, ease, joy.

Who is this for?
Adults desiring long or short term support in moving through challenges or in creating a life that feels authentic, connected, peaceful, and meaningful.

Do I have to commit to ongoing sessions?
No. Many people book a single session to talk something specific through and gain clarity. You’re free to come once or return as needed.

Virtual or in-person?
First sessions are always online via zoom. After that, if you'd like we can meet in person at a café, library, or similar space within 20 minutes of Monument, Colorado. 

What's the cancellation policy?
No cancellations after booking. Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before original session time.
